We teamed with Thomas Phifer and Partners in the design development of this new 410,000-square-foot, 10-story (plus two levels of below-grade parking) facility. It houses Federal District of Utah Courts, U.S. Marshal’s Service, and U.S. Probation Services. Program components include multiple courtrooms with support facilities (equipment storage, exhibit storage, sound locks, Attorney conference, public waiting, robing, toilets, etc.), Judges’ Chambers, Administrative Office, and U.S. Marshals Offices.
