The INEOS Automotive project in Estarreja involved the development of a comprehensive automotive complex, including architectural, interior, and landscape design guidelines. As part of a large team led by MLA Architects in the UK, our role was to adapt the project to comply with Portuguese regulations and prepare it for submission to the municipality of Estarreja.
In addition to regulatory adaptation, we were responsible for coordinating and overseeing the execution of the project, ensuring a smooth transition from design to construction. This collaboration balanced international design intent with local requirements, resulting in a facility that meets both global standards and regional legislation. This project was designed in collaboration with Rarcon S.A. and MLA Architects.
